Paulette Portwood, 57, of Carrollton died on Wednesday Dec. 17, 2008 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. Born in St. Louis on Dec. 6, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Frederick W. Anderson and Bernice Nellie Thompson Anderson of Jerseyville. She married Omar Portwood on June 6, 1987 and he survives. Also surviving besides her mother and husband is a son and daughter-in-law: Kevin and Jessica O’Connor of St. Peters, MO, a brother Steve Anderson of O’Fallon, MO, and 2 sisters: Shirley Sachs of Pacific,MO and Brenda Anderson of Robertsville, MO. She worked at Boeing Aircraft in St. Louis. The family will meet friends at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in St. Louis from 1-3 P.M. on Sunday.
