| Amanda Jo Seymour, 28, of Franklin, died Thursday, February 18, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. She was born October 3, 1981, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Ronald Gene and Mary Jo Neal Seymour. Amanda is survived by her mother, Mary Jo Seymour of Franklin; two brothers, Eric Seymour of Franklin and Kyle (wife, Jackie) Seymour of Murrayville; one sister, Gina (husband, Tim) Mooberry of Franklin; nieces and nephews Jacob and Brianna Courier and Frankie and Finley Seymour; paternal grandfather Marion H. Seymour of Jacksonville; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Her father, Ronald Gene Seymour, paternal grandmother Bonnie Seymour, and maternal grandparents Thomas and Ruth E. Neal preceded Amanda in death. Amanda was a 1999 graduate of Franklin High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris College. She was a loan officer at Credit Union 1 in Springfield, and worked in sales and bookkeeping for the Springfield Junior Blues Hockey organization. She loved reading, line dancing, and working on her computer. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 22, 2010, at Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville, with burial at Franklin Cemetery in Franklin. The family will meet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation or the Waverly Rescue Squad.
