| NEECE FUNERAL HOME 349 E. TANNER ST. WAVERLY, IL 62692 PEARL LORENE YOW HAVANA - Pearl Lorene Yow, 91 of Havana, formerly of Palmyra, died Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Havana Health Care. She was born June 6, 1918 in Martinsville, the daughter of Fred and Trilla Stults Gilbert. She married Rev. Raymond Yow June 6, 1964 in Marshall, and he preceded her in death November 9, 1995. He is survived by four sons, Harold (wife, Brenda) Thomas of Elkton, MD, Charles Thomas of Petersburg, Timothy (wife, Pat) Yow of Charleston, Mark (wife, Christy) Yow of Chatham; two daughters, Donna (husband, Alan) Sarff of Havana, Darla (husband, Robert) Franklin of Lincoln; a sister Loretta Gallatin of Martinsville; 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a brother, Charles Gilbert. She was a minister’s wife who served at Palmyra Baptist Church, and Martin’s Prairie Baptist Church for 17 years. She was a charter member of Silver Strands. Funeral service is 2:00 PM Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Stults-Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in Palmyra, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery.
