Sunday Grace Smith, infant daughter of Matthew and Jena Middendorf Smith of Auburn, was stillborn Friday, August 10, 2012, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Daisy Mae Smith of Auburn; grandparents John and Dorothy Middendorf of Jacksonville, Mike Smith of Springfield, and Susan (husband, Mostyn) Prosser of Jacksonville; great-grandparents Richard and Sharon Middendorf of Jacksonville, Lois Ritenour of Moline, Delores and Bob Wilson of Litchfield, and Marilee Anderson and Vivian Mussatto, both of Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Ted Smith, Tom Mussatto, and Stanley Ritenour. Private graveside services will be held at Auburn Cemetery in Auburn. Memorials are suggested to Cornerstone Community Church in Auburn or Springfield Clinic SOGA. The Williamson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
